Add an AI chatbot to Wix
in about two minutes.
Wix already lets you drop custom code into the head of every page. That is all this needs — one snippet, and your site has an agent that has read your pages and answers visitors while you are nowhere near a screen.

A beautiful Wix site that nobody answers still loses the enquiry.
A contact form is not an answer
People asking a simple question do not want to fill in a form and wait. Most of them will not.
The enquiries arrive out of hours
Evenings and weekends, when you are not sitting in the Wix dashboard.
The same questions, every week
Hours, prices, areas covered, availability. All on your site somewhere, all still being asked.
They are on a phone, in a hurry
Reading three pages to find your delivery area is not going to happen.
It reads the site you already built and answers from it.
Settings → Custom Code → Add Code to Head, applied to all pages. No app, no plan upgrade beyond what Wix already requires for custom code.
Services, pricing, about, FAQ, contact — it crawls them and answers from your own words.
Open your slots and it offers, confirms and records them in your dashboard.
Name, email, phone and the full conversation, emailed to you as it happens.
Your colours, your logo, light or dark — so it does not look bolted on.
Useful for anyone whose visitors are not all local.
a Saturday enquiry on a Wix site
Two minutes in the Wix dashboard.
Your dashboard shows this line with your own ID already filled in.
It crawls your pages and builds what it knows while you carry on.
The line above, with your own ID already in it.
Click Add Code, paste the snippet, set it to load on All pages and place it in the Head.
Wix only applies custom code to the published site, so hit Publish and reload. The bubble is there.
Custom code is only available on Wix paid plans with a connected domain — that is a Wix restriction that applies to any third-party script, not something specific to us. If you are on a free Wix site you will not be able to add it yet.
Settings, then Custom Code, then Add Code. Paste the snippet, choose "All pages", choose "Load code once", and place it in the Head. Then publish.
Almost always because the site has not been published since adding the code — Wix does not apply custom code to the editor preview. Publish and reload in a normal browser tab.
It reads those pages like any other, so it can answer about your services and products. It does not write into Wix Bookings — appointments it takes land in your own dashboard with an email alert.
Only visually — two chat bubbles on one page is confusing for visitors. Turn one of them off.
Delete the snippet in Custom Code and publish. That is the whole uninstall.
